Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment. Rates are determined based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method selected.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Tracking information may take an additional 2–3 business days to update once the carrier receives the package.

We ship Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sunday and holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

We offer complimentary First-Class domestic shipping for select products as specified on our website. Due to weight and handling considerations, free shipping may not be available for all products.

International Orders

International orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Important Notice for International Customers

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for additional fees, customs processing delays, or related charges incurred once the shipment has left our facility.

Return Policy

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date with the reason for your return.

Eligible items may be returned for a full refund, less original shipping charges and a $2.00 restocking fee.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs and the restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
